
HRMS is headed by Michael O'Dwyer. Mike has over twenty years experience in Human Resource Management with some of Ireland's leading companies.
This experience has been gained in leading both large and small HR teams across a range of businesses in both non-union and union companies.
Mike graduated from the University of Limerick with a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Human Resource Management and he also holds a Masters degree in Education (Training & Development) from the University of Sheffield.
We are acutely aware that every organisation is different so our service is tailored to provide a customised and cost effective response to the different need of each client. Flexibility is the hallmark of our service and therefore can comprise one or more of the following:
- All or most of a clients HR services are outsourced to HRMS
- Once off project type assignments e.g. development of an employee handbook, development of a performance management system
- A member of the HRMS team acts as HR manager for a client organisation on a contract or ongoing basis
- Support, advice and guidance in managing an issue or dealing in third party situations
- Ongoing relationship whereby a client may call or meet occasionally with specific questions or issues
