Effective communictions within an organisation is critical, yet it can often be poorly managed and executed. Soon legislative requirements will cause organisations to take a more formal approach than hitherto.
We Will:
- Review the effectiveness ot the clients current internal and external communication strategy and policy
- Where necessary assist in the development of an effective internal and external communication strategy and policy
- Develop detailed organisational and departmental communication plans and tools
- Examine the legislative impact on future communications with regard to the European Directive on Information and Consultation.
