Compensation & Benefits

Having an effective compensation and benefits policy does not mean paying the best. Its about knowing the labour market you are in. Benchmarking where you are, defining where you need to be and putting in place plans to position your organisation where it needs to be, competitively.

We will:

  • Review clients current compensation and benefits policy
  • Review and/or conduct surveys to establish clients position in the marketplace
  • Assist client in developing a strategically aligned compensation and benefits policy
  • Where necessary develop a collective bargaining strategy
  • Review clients obligations under National Agreements
