We will:
- Review clients current compensation and benefits policy
- Review and/or conduct surveys to establish clients position in the marketplace
- Assist client in developing a strategically aligned compensation and benefits policy
- Where necessary develop a collective bargaining strategy
- Review clients obligations under National Agreements
