
While there is no legislation directly governing grievance procedures, there are legal implications around the grievance handling process and the absence of a grievance process or facility could result in an employer incurring a liability.
We will:
- Review current grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures for effectiveness and compliance
- Where necessary develop effective grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures
- Conduct training for client management in dealing effectively with grievance and disciplinary issues
- Provide advice, guidance and support where necessary
