Organisation Design, Structure/Restructure

How an organisation is designed and structured is critical to its effective and efficient functioning, yet some organisation's do not give sufficient time and effort to this critical activity.

We will:

  • Conduct independent review and provide advice on organisation design, structuring / restructuring plans
  • Where necessary develop recruitment or re-assignment plans
  • Where necessary advise and assist in developing downsizing strategy
  • Develop internal and external communication plans
  • Develop redundancy selection plans and processes to achieve key staff retention and equity
  • Where necessary negotiate or assist in negotiating with third parties
  • Develop severance arrangements
