
All organisations irrespective of size or nature of activity have Human Resource Management needs. However, many organisations particularly smaller ones, often are unable either to recognise these needs or address them satisfactorily for a variety of reasons.
In such circumstances or for stategic reasons a client may decide to outsource all or some of its HRM needs.
Because of the way we have resourced HRMS we can manage all of a clents HRM needs on an outsourced basis. In effect the client will have a fully operational HR function, delivering best practice and operational excellence across all areas of HR.
Our clients fall into three main categories:
- Organisations, which do not have their own HR function in house and which recognise that they have HR needs that require professional attention
- Secondly, organisations which have some level of in-house HR support, but believe that the organisation requires additional help to improve its HR services either at a technical or strategic level
- Finally, organisations with fully operational HR functions, which nevertheless wish to oursource part (s) of their services and wish to do so with professionals, who can deliver best practice
