Employees need to feel that their work is noticed and appreciated within their organisation. In the interest of fairness, the small number of employees who don't perform well at work need to know clearly what is expected of them and the consequences of failure to meet those expectations.
An effective performance management system can achieve these objectives so that good performers remain motivated and poor performers improve. However an effective performance management system can also help with more strategic objectives. Not thinking stategically on HR issues represents a failure to utilise the full potential of the organisation.
We will:
- Design, develop and help maintain performance management systems
- Integrate such systems into the strategic objectives of the organisation
- Train Client management and all personnel in the effective use of performance management systems
