Strategies, Policies & Procedures

Organisations need to have clear Human Resource operational policies and procedures to attract, motivate and retain the right people but organisations also need to look at HR from a strategic perspective to ensure that Human Resources are aligned to the overall business strategy.

We will:

  • Conduct a review process of a clients current HR and Employee Relations strategies
  • Design and develop best practice HR policies and procedures encompassing the client's strategic objectives
  • Conduct an organisational knowledge, skill and resource review to establish current position and develop plans to meet future needs
  • Develop Employee Handbooks/Information guides
  • Develop legally compliant employment contracts
  • Develop and deliver (where appropriate), employee induction programs based on HR policies and procedures
