We will:
- Conduct a review process of a clients current HR and Employee Relations strategies
- Design and develop best practice HR policies and procedures encompassing the client's strategic objectives
- Conduct an organisational knowledge, skill and resource review to establish current position and develop plans to meet future needs
- Develop Employee Handbooks/Information guides
- Develop legally compliant employment contracts
- Develop and deliver (where appropriate), employee induction programs based on HR policies and procedures
