
Individuals can require training and/or development for a variety of reasons, which usually fall into two categories.
Firstly, to fill a "performance gap" as identified during some kind of performance management process.
Secondly, to fill a "growth gap", that is, to be promoted or be able to fill another open position in the organisation.
We will:
- Conduct a detailed review of current training and development policy, procedures and practices to identify improvement areas
- Where necessary design and develop training and development policy, procedures
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Assist client in developing training and development solutions for identified needs
- Review clients future operational plans to identify potential opportunities to minimise learning curve
- Identify internal and external opportunities to address development needs
