Training & Development

Individuals can require training and/or development for a variety of reasons, which usually fall into two categories.

Firstly, to fill a "performance gap" as identified during some kind of performance management process.

Secondly, to fill a "growth gap", that is, to be promoted or be able to fill another open position in the organisation.

We will:

  • Conduct a detailed review of current training and development policy, procedures and practices to identify improvement areas
  • Where necessary design and develop training and development policy, procedures
  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Assist client in developing training and development solutions for identified needs
  • Review clients future operational plans to identify potential opportunities to minimise learning curve
  • Identify internal and external opportunities to address development needs
